This high purity manual valve is made from a  stainless steel bonnet and a stainless steel hand-wheel. The design is following the GMP demands for sterile applications in a consequent way. Excellent use for sterilisation processes with a fingerless compressor with a defined sealing line between diaphragm, actuator bonnet and valve body.

It is a design which provides high efficiency for sterilisation processes and a reliable sealing with minimum bolt torque. Smooth outside surfaces and no explored nuts and other screw parts guarantee an optimized wash down design in every assembly position. The sealed manual actuator has an integrated optical indicator not disturbing the operation of the hand-wheel. The valve bonnet is sealed before the spindle and the hand-wheel is a non rising type.
